The client may be contacted via telephone or SMS solely to settle the outstanding amount owed for services already provided.
Once full payment has been received and cleared, all personal information collected for debt recovery purposes will be permanently destroyed / deleted in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act No. 4 of 2013 of South Africa.
No personal information is retained for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose beyond what is strictly necessary for billing and legitimate debt recovery.
When agreeing to the terms and conditions you give Red Room the permission to trace relevant information in-order to claim these funds. Consumer Trace can and will be done to recover funds owing to the chatline. Due to the nature of digital adult entertainment services, all sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of proven technical failure on our side that prevented service delivery.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Rooms and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via prominent notice on the Site.
